If there is a problem with your coffee beans, we'll do our very best to make it right. Due to the nature of our business of delivering fresh beans, we do not accept returns that were purchased accidentally or otherwise from an initial purchase. We're also pretty confident you'll absolutely love the coffee select by you! Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
