Almond & Honey Latte

This seasonal coffee recipe with almond milk is perfect for Christmas in a café.
2 shots (50-60 ml) of Paulig espresso
2,5 dl almond milk
2 ts honey
  1. Measure the honey into the mug.
  2. Prepare the espressos on top of the honey.
  3. Fill the mug with steamed almond milk.
 

Gingerbread Latte

Latte with cinnamon syrup is a perfect seasonal coffee recipe for Christmas.
1 shot (30 ml) of Paulig espresso
2 cl Tate&Lyle Cinnamon -syrup
2,5 dl milk
Gingerbread spice
Gingerbread crumbs
  1. Measure syrup and gingerbread spices into the glass (250 ml).
  2. Prepare the espresso on top.
  3. Add steamed milk.
  4. Garnish with gingerbread crumbs.
 

Chili & Chocolate Cup

This coffee will keep you warm in the winter! Enjoy sweet chocolate with a hint of spicy chili.
1 shot (30 ml) of Paulig espresso
2 cl Tazza liquid hot chocolate
1/2 ts chili powder
1 dl milk
Tazza liquid hot chocolate for garnish
  1. Measure Tazza hot chocolate and chili into a cup (160 ml).
  2. Prepare the espresso on top of the chocolate sauce.
  3. Fill with steamed milk.
  4. Garnish with liquid chocolate.
 

Dirty Chai

Chai latte going nuts with espresso and spices! Deliciousness guaranteed.
1 shot (30 ml) of Paulig espresso
2 cl Tate&Lyle Spiced Chai -syrup
2,5 dl milk
Cinnamon
Cardamom
  1. Measure chai syrup into a cup (300 ml).
  2. Prepare the espresso on top of the syrup.
  3. Mix with a pinch of ground cinnamon and cardamom.
  4. Steam the milk and pour into the mug.
  5. Sprinkle some of the seasonings on top if you like.
 

Cold Brew Coffee with Chai

Cold brew coffee seasoned with exotic spices. Perfect for autumn and winter.
1 part Cold Brew
1 part cold milk
2 cl Spiced Chai -syrup
Ice
  1. Half-fill a glass with ice.
  2. Measure the syrup into the glass.
  3. Add cold brew coffee and milk.
  4. Stir well.
 

Cold Brew Goes Naked

Sometimes it is good to keep it simple: cool blend of cold brew coffee and toasty cane syrup make a tasty pair.
1 dl Cold Brew
1–2 cl Tate&Lyle Cane -syrup
Ice
  1. Measure the ingredients into a blender and mix.
  2. Serve in a 200 ml glass.
 

Groovy Cold Brew Lemonade

If it is just another rainy Sunday afternoon, go on and try this bubbly cold brew lemonade. And all that I can see is just another lemon-tree...
1 dl  Cold Brew
1.5 dl lemonade
Lemon/lime wedges
Fresh mint
  1. Put lots of mint and the juice of one lemon/lime wedge in a glass (300 ml).
  2. Half-fill the glass with ice.
  3. Add lemonade and cold brew coffee.
  4. Garnish with lime or lemon slices.
 

Cold Brew Tea Ginger & Lemon

Refreshing cold brew tea with Just T Ginger & Lemon, lemonade & ice.
1 dl cold brew tea concentrate
1 dl water
1/2 dl lemonade
1 squeezed lemon slice
Ice
Lemon slice & mint for decoration

How to make Cold Brew Tea with Toddy home brewer:

  1. Put the rubber plug in place so it can be removed from the outside. Moisten the seal and place it at the bottom of the filter container. Measure a bag of  Just T Doypack loose tea in the paper filter.
  2. Add 2 litres of water in a calm, circular motion so that all tea leaves are wet.
  3. Tie the paper filter with a string. Cover the container with a lid and allow to brew for about 12 hours in the fridge.
  4. Remove the plug from the bottom of the filter container and pour the extract in a jug. Keep the extract in the fridge in a container tightly closed with a lid (it will keep for about 3 days in the cold).

The softness of cold brew coffee and the sweetness of ginger beer makes a perfect combination. Try it and you'll fall in love immediately!
1 dl  Cold Brew
1,5 dl ginger beer
1 cl Tate&Lyle Cane -syrup
1 large orange wedge
  1. Squeeze the orange wedge into a glass (250 ml) and add sugar syrup.
  2. Fill the glass with ice.
  3. Add cold brew coffee and ginger beer.
  4. Garnish with orange slice or orange peel.
 

I Cee Coconuts

Great cold brew coffee drink for hot summer days!
0.5 dl  Cold Brew
1 dl coconut water
Fresh mint
Wedge of lime
Ice
  1. Put fresh mint into a glass (200 ml) and fill half of the glass with ice.
  2. Squeeze in one lime wedge.
  3. Add cold brew coffee and coconut water.
  4. Stir well and garnish with fresh mint and lime slices.
 

Cold Brewberry

Feeling like reminiscing summer? Add blueberries and lime to your cold brew and you're good to go!
1 dl  Cold Brew
1,5 dl soda water
2 cl Tate&Lyle Cane -syrup
1/2 of lime
Blueberries
  1. Crush small amount of blueberries in a glass (300 ml).
  2. Squeeze half a lime on top and add sugar syrup.
  3. Half-fill the glass with ice.
  4. Add cold brew coffee and soda water.
  5. Garnish with lime slices.
 

Caramel Cold Brew

Cold brew coffee is a smooth, cold beverage prepared by brewing freshly ground coffee with cold water.
1 part  Cold Brew
1 part milk
1–2 cl Caramel syrup
Ice
  1. Fill a glass with ice.
  2. Add 1–2 cl caramel syrup, coffee and cold milk.
  3. Stir well.

 

You can also mix the drink in a blender!
Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
 

Cold Brew Coffee with Vanilla

Cold brew coffee is a smooth, cold beverage prepared by brewing freshly ground coffee with cold water.
1 part  Cold Brew
2 parts milk
2 cl Vanilla syrup
Ice
  1. Half-fill a glass with ice.
  2. Measure vanilla syrup.
  3. Add cold brew coffee and milk.
  4. Stir well.

 

This drink works also blended!
Just put all the ingredients into the blender and mix until smooth.
